主要研究领域为1)多酸化学; 2) 功能配合物化学; 3) 纳米材料化学。涉及功能导向的化合物的分子设计、合成,非线性光学材料、催化材料、激光防护材料、化学毒剂降解和防护材料、多功能等级孔吸附分离材料等。承担国家自然科学基金、国家军工课题、北京市基金、北京化工大学人才引进启动基金、教育部留学回国人员启动基金和企业委托研究课题等20余科研项目。在Angew Chem. Int. Ed., J. Phys. Chem. C, Inorg. Chem., Fuel,Dalton Trans.等学术期刊发表SCI论文80余篇,获得国家发明专利授权13项。2010年获北京化工大学优秀教师称号。
